1. Delivery Locations

We deliver across all of the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.


2. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery

  • Free standard shipping for orders over AED 150.

  • For orders below AED 150, a standard shipping fee of AED 20–30 (depending on region) applies.

  • Express shipping (if available) will incur an additional charge, calculated at checkout.


3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding public holidays and weekends).

  • If payment verification or stock availability issues occur, we’ll notify you via email or phone.


4. Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping: 2–4 business days.

  • Express shipping (if selected): 1–2 business days.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location (remote areas may take longer).


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • Use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on our courier partner’s website.


6. Delays & Exceptions

  • Occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, public holidays, customs, high volume of orders).

  • The Beauty Care is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers once the order has left our warehouse.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.

  • If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images.

  • We will offer a replacement, credit, or refund, based on the situation and available stock.
